Hospitalist Search
MRMC has opened a new search for a fourth hospitalist as an employee of MRMC. The need for the additional physician is based entirely on growth. Meadows offers its hospitalist program one of the most modern hospitals in the country including the most advanced diagnostic radiology equipment on the market today. MRMC has specialty backup including, but not limited to, interventional cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, oncology, urology and ENT. The ideal candidate will have extensive inpatient experience. Call will be 1:4 and the expected patient load will be in the 8-12 range. We are going from three hospitalists to four. The schedule format will change. The management of MRMC does not dictate the schedule of the hospitalists. We anticipate on the arrival of the fourth hospitalist there will be discussions that will ultimately evolve to most favorable schedule for the hospitalists taking into consideration the patient coverage needs. MRMC continues to enjoy record growth that is 100% the result of our ability to attract only the very best doctors to Vidalia. We are not interviewing 2012 candidates.

Pulmonology
Meadows Regional has opened a search for a third pulmonologist/critical care physician. Call will be 1.3 and MRMC has had an established hospitalist program for 10 years. One of our pulmonologists is not accepting new patients, does almost zero hospital/in-patient work and has devoted his practice almost entirely to sleep. The accepted candidate will be an employee in the MRMC family and will share an office practice with our other employed pulmonologist. ICU and vent experience is required.Offering a base salary of $400,000 with excellent RVU incentives,$150,000 signing bonus and a benefit package. Urology Mid-Level Search
Meadows Regional has opened a search for a urological mid-level to join a very strong urology practice. His or her primary function will be clinic responsibilities (seeing patients) although the right candidate will have some hospital rounding responsibilities. Urological experience is a must. Wound Care Center Medical Director
Now offering $75,000 SIGNING BONUS. Meadows Regional has opened up a new search for a physician to be the Medical Director for our second regional Wound Center. The ideal candidate will have completed the Diversified Clinical Services (DCS) sponsored course “Introduction to Hyperbaric Medicine and Problem Wound Management” or another DCS accredited UHMS Introductory Hyperbaric Medicine program or Problem Wound Medicine course. Prio completion of this course is not a requirement. The Director will be responsible for the facilitation of the operations and projects of the Wound Center. He or she will work with the Program Director and Clinical Coordinator to monitor and determine the effectiveness of the wound care treatment. The candidate selected will probably be an independent contractor who will receive a generous twelve (12) month income guarantee that will be dependent on the qualifications of the candidate. Urologist
Meadows Regional Medical Center has opened up a search for another Urologist, to join one of the finest Urologists in Georgia, who will be an employee of Meadows Regional Medical Center. We will offer a signing bonus of $150,000 and an annual salary of $500,000 with RVU productivity incentives. MRMC's ED sees close to 30,000 patients per year. Shifts available are 7:00am to 7:00pm as well as 7:00pm to 7:00am.
